Junior Sales Representative

Uneaten is an application which helps supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries sell their surplus food very easily.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Sales Specialist to join our team!

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • New Partner Acquisition: proactively research and approach new possible partners
  • Conduct door-to-door sales to acquire new partners
  • Achieve weekly sales targets
  • Attend sales meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies
  • Attend trainings and workshops to improve sales skills
  • Research: learn about the partners in-depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process
  • Daily outreaches to single unit restaurants, bakeries and cafes, including door-to-door sales
  • Pitch: create and deliver quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the business and food waste proposition
  • Holistic Approach: work closely with the Operations and Marketing team

📝 Requirements:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program or have recently graduated
  • You are interested in sales
  • You are native in Czech and fluent in English (minimum B2)
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills: you know when to listen, ask or talk
  • You are passionate about the mission, you care about the environment and about food waste
  • You are 100% motivated, proactive and open-minded
  • You can work at least 20-25 hours a week
